New Video Case Study: Somerset NHS Foundation Trust

Because their AP function depended heavily on CloudTrade, the transition had to be fast, stable, and meticulously planned. Chris and Katy explain how, working in close partnership with the inSTREAM team, they completed all required data and format mappings between inSTREAM and their finance system, Integra from inSTREAM’s sister company. Their collaborative approach has now set a clear path for other Integra users to adopt inSTREAM quickly and seamlessly.
Today, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust processes more than 100,000 invoices per year through inSTREAM — all flowing successfully through the platform.
They also emphasise a key message important to all prospects and customers: although they use Integra, inSTREAM is fully finance-system-agnostic and can integrate with any finance or ERP system.
