Sybron deploy inSTREAM™ to streamline Sales Order Processing

Sybron UK Ltd, suppliers of cleaning, hygiene and catering products, have deployed Celaton’s Intelligent Process Automation platform, inSTREAM™, to streamline the processing of their customer Sales Orders.

Sybron has over 40 years’ experience providing products and services to key sectors within the Away from Home Markets. Sybron’s comprehensive product range and high level of service have enabled the business to grow significantly over the years. This success has led to an increase in orders, requiring repetitive manual processing and data entry. This was taking key time away from the Sales Team that should be spent building and adding value to their customer relationships. Sybron’s commitment to their customers meant they turned to Celaton to enable them to drive efficiencies into their sales order process in order to continue to provide exceptional service to their customers and partners.

inSTREAM for Sales Order Processing

inSTREAM is an Intelligent Document Processing platform which comprises multiple technologies, including Machine Learning, OCR and Natural Language Processing, enabling organisations to automate repetitive and manually intensive end-to-end business processes. inSTREAM’s ‘Human in the Loop’ technology means the Sales Order Team are able to work in collaboration with the platform and teach it where to find key information, such as the variation of line items and how to handle exceptions. inSTREAM learns from every transaction it processes, therefore as the volume of orders increases, its confidence and accuracy improve to a point where Straight Through Processing (STP) is achieved.
