December 2017 - Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), SPS UK, a leading outsourcing provider for business process solutions and innovative services in document management, in partnership with AI software company Celaton, has been awarded an additional contract to provide leading telecoms and media company TalkTalk, with mail management, outbound communications and courier management services at their new office in Salford, Manchester and three regional offices.
Incoming mail will be scanned at SPS’ Document Processing Centre into Celaton's inSTREAM™ platform, to enable streamlined processing and delivery into the business.
SPS will also manage the on-site mailroom and provide Hybrid Mail which routes communications created at the desk top, to SPS’ production centre for printing and mailing.
In addition to Celaton's machine learning technology, the service includes a web based tracking solution for incoming parcels and a web based Courier Management system which provides control and visibility of costs and a pre-approved range of services and suppliers.
