We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted with Virgin Trains for The Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2016. The shortlisting is within the category of ‘Customer Service co-creation / collaboration’ for the implementation and use of inSTREAM™ within Virgin’s customer services.
The awards are the only UK based competition that recognises organisations that have implemented successful customer service strategies. The competition attracts a wide range of organisations and this year finalists included but are not exclusive to organisations from retail, insurance, finance, utilities, logistics and travel.
The shortlisting for this award is recognition of the all of the dedication and commitment that both Celaton and Virgin Trains have to providing exceptional customer service and innovation.
Each finalist’s entry will now be reviewed by a panel of industry experts, business leaders and academics. The awards ceremony will take place on the 1st of March 2016 at the London Hilton Lane Hotel.
